La Rinconada Ranch
Who we are
Welcome to La Rinconada Ranch, a hidden gem nestled in the Argentine Lake District at the heart of Patagonia. My name is Kyle Canepa, and I fell in love with this magical land, where breathtaking landscapes meet a warm and welcoming community. What began as a dream home for my family has now grown into a sanctuary we wish to share with others.
The property is a testament to the love, dedication, and craftsmanship that has gone into creating this special retreat. From the two homes built with care, to the serene yoga studio overlooking the majestic Andean peaks and the Rivadavia River valley, every corner invites peace and connection with nature. Our pool and hot tub offer relaxation, while the greenhouse provides homegrown fruits and vegetables. Horses roam our stables, and chickens live happily in their coops, all part of the vibrant life here.
As my daughters have grown, La Rinconada Ranch has been our constant amidst the ever-changing tides of life. It is no longer just a home for us—it has become a place of renewal and joy that we are eager to share with the world. We invite you to experience the magic of this unique corner of Patagonia, and become a part of the La Rinconada Ranch story.

The best way to reach us is via a connection through Buenos Aires, often called the "Paris of South America." This cosmopolitan city is well worth a stop, offering pleasures like tango and some of the best steaks in the world. From Buenos Aires, a direct two-hour flight will take you to San Carlos de Bariloche, where you can rent a car for a scenic 2.5-hour drive to our beautiful valley. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
